शैक्षणिक पात्रता :
- पहिल्या प्रयत्नात किमान 55% गुणांसह LLB उत्तीर्ण किंवा विधी पदव्युत्तर पदवी
- उच्च न्यायालय कायद्यातील पदव्युत्तर पदवी धारण केलेल्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य.
- उमेदवारांना संगणक/लॅपटॉप वापरण्याचे मूलभूत ज्ञान आणि केस कायद्यांशी संबंधित सॉफ्टवेअर वापरण्याचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे.

Educational Qualification :
- Fresh Law Graduates who have passed the final LL.B. Examination on the first attempt with a minimum of 55% marks OR Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Law.
- The High Court may consider giving preference to candidates holding a Post Graduate Degree in Law.
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of the use of Computers/Laptops and software relating to case laws.
